How do our teens like to have fun?
Service
Our scholars love to serve together. Some of the wonderful service activities they are involved in are:
- Helping in the soup kitchen
- Running a food drive for the food pantry
- Making Linus blankets for those in need
- Gathering and distributing books to promote literacy
Scholar Activities
Our scholars love to hang out together! Activities typically take place every other week (during the summer too!). Some of the activities they have done are:
- Dinners & Game Nights
- Park & Night Games
- Ice Skating, Roller skating & Swimming, sledding
- Holiday Parties ( gingerbread house making party, caroling, valentines party)
Scholar Student Council
Elections for our student council representatives are held yearly.
- Leading by example
- Parliamentary Procedure
- Plans activities, service opportunities
- Unites & strengthens youth
Temple Trips
For those that are interested, Temple trips are planned a few times a year.
Service Trip
Quest 1,2,3 class culminating activity is a service trip to Baja Mexico. There the scholars will be serving in the las Nino orphanage. They will utilize their leadership skills to help build, teach and mentor the children there.
